All in-stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment. If you are in a particular hurry to receive your product please let us know. If ordered items are out of stock or delayed we will notify you when they will be available and give you an opportunity to cancel or change your order.

We charge a flat fee of AUD$8 for Australian orders which are posted via Express Post Satchels and are received the next day from shipment.

We charge a flat rate of AUD$15 for International Orders posted via Regular Air Mail and delivery time varies and is usually between 1-2 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

All Earthsling Baby Products are meticulously handcrafted with care out of durable fabrics and are designed for many years of use. We are so confident with our products that we offer a money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not entirely delighted with your product please contact us within 30 days of receiving it to arrange an exchange or refund. Exchange only is offered for custom orders.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different size or colour you will be sent replacement product upon receipt of the returned original product in as new condition accompanied by a check or money order for $8 to cover return postage.

Returns

If you would like a refund on a product your money will be refunded upon receipt of the returned original product in as new condition. Postage costs are not refundable except on faulty goods.
